All jewelry is fully maintained for five years, including cleaning, refurbishment, etc. (except for refills diamonds)

Return Policy
We only accept returns and exchanges if the product is damaged/defective. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact our customer service within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the product to apply for a return goods. When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return and exchange**, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant product, and the overdue will not be accepted.
